By attending this course the participant will learn the engineering principles of operating an elevated work platform, & identify potentially hazardous situations in line with the unit of competency TLILIC20005. The course aim is to provide skills & knowledge to gain a National High Risk Work Licence class WP (Work Platform over 11 metres) upon successful assessment.
Some aspects of this training course include:
- Conduct routine checks
- Plan work
- Check controls
- Shutting down
- Plan elevation
- Carry out elevation
- Setting up
- Dismantling
Training: Tuesday & Wednesday
Safework NSW Assessment: Thursday
Time: 7am - 3pm daily
