Dogging
Our dogging course CPCCLDG3001A (Licence to perform dogging) is designed to provide participants with the fundamentals & confidence to perform dogging work safely. At ACT we are committed to provide comprehensive training that produces superior skills to lead to a more productive & safer workplace. Upon successful assessment trainee's will hold a National Licence To Perform High Risk Work Class DG (Dogging).
Some aspects of the course include:
- Work health & safety
- Job planning – hazard identification & put in place measures for safe movement of loads
- Determine weights of loads using calculations
- Use, maintenance & inspection of lifting gear & associated equipment
- Select & apply slings & slinging techniques for various loads
- Direct crane movements using hand, whistle & two way radio signals
- Apply bends & hitches to various loads
Training: Monday - Thursday
Safework NSW Assessment: Friday
Time: 7am - 3pm daily
Cost: $1500.00
