Unlike previous eras in this industry, there now exists a focus on formal systems and training due to a climate of litigation and a rigorous focus on WH&S. Employers now seek benefits from their staff beyond just mere compliance, and instead seek formalised, professional education which provides immediate benefits in safety and operation which translates in to long term health and financial benefits for all.
Training is tailored to support "learning in context". We are committed to providing High Risk Work Licence courses and other training that not only enables a participant to gain their relevant Certificate of Competency but also become superior and safer members of the workforce. A safe and productive employee is a valuable asset to any business.
No corners are cut here at ACT, and our courses are designed around individual focus. Our aim and mission is to be "lifting the skills of the industry".
Whether you are a multi-national company or an individual wanting to enter the industry or update your skills, we will strive to ensure your needs are catered for. In this regard please do not hesitate to contact our institution in Sydney at any time to discuss your training requirements – from crane operator training courses to other fields of work in construction.
